Albion in the Community teams and clubs
Both the Player and (where relevant/under 18) the Player's parents/guardians understand that AITC
is committed to the Player's well-being, future development, and realisation of potential.
In registering the Player in this programme, Albion in the Community (AITC), parents / guardians
(where relevant) and the Player agree to the following Code of Conduct.
AITC AGREE TO PROVIDE:
A safe environment in which the Player can learn and develop without fear of abuse whilst providing consistent support for the Player
A structured football learning programme, appropriate to the age, ability, and growth of the Player
The potential to participate in football matches arranged or approved by AITC / Brighton & Hove Albion Football Club
Trained, screened and FA qualified coaching staff and facilities as determined by the rules and regulations outlined by The Football Association.
To provide a pathway for players appropriate to their current level of development, where possible
A Code of Conduct and guidelines/policy for teams and participants
THE PLAYER AGREES TO:
Attend the sessions regularly and punctually, behave with self-discipline and respect towards AITC staff, coaches and volunteers and other players.
Be respectful, supportive, and encouraging towards other players at all times
Behave in an appropriate manner when wearing AITC issued kit, both in and out of sessions.
Adhere to the AITC Code of Conduct and guidelines/policy for teams and participants
Abide by rules and guidelines set out for any session or by any venues
THE PARENTS/GUARDIANS AGREE TO:
Encourage and help the Player meet targets, including this Code of Conduct and guidelines/policy for teams and participants.
Abide by rules and guidelines set out for any session or by any venue.
Support the Player without pressure, praise good work and refrain from criticising lapses.
Communicate with the coaching staff, keeping them informed about matters affecting the player.
Adhere to AITC's Code of Conduct and guidelines/policy for teams and participants.
